Role Overview
Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing basic reports, and assisting with statutory compliance for a metals manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
- Manage accounts payable & receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and basic MIS reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors and customers.
- Work on Tally and MS Excel.
