Role Overview
Ashtayah Labs is seeking an AI Engineering Intern to work across full-stack development and applied AI use cases. This role focuses on building real-world product features using AI, from frontend interfaces to backend systems and AI integrations. The intern will contribute to live products, impacting real users, and collaborate on product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end product features (frontend + backend)
- Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, simple ML workflows) into products
- Design and develop scalable APIs and services
- Use AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to improve speed and quality
- Work with cloud infrastructure
- Debug, optimize, and improve system performance
- Collaborate on product decisions, not just implementation
