Role Overview
Ashtayah Labs is seeking an AI Engineering Intern to work across full-stack development and applied AI use cases. This role involves building real-world product features using AI, from frontend interfaces to backend systems and AI integrations, contributing to live products that impact real users. Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end product features (frontend + backend)
- Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, simple ML workflows) into products
- Design and develop scalable APIs and services
- Use AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to improve speed and quality
- Work with cloud infrastructure
- Debug, optimize, and improve system performance
- Collaborate on product decisions, not just implementation
Requirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through projects.
