Assembly Line Worker (Associate)

Role Overview

Fundvice is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Workers to join its manufacturing operations team. Candidates will be responsible for assembling products, operating machinery, inspecting components, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate assembly line equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily and weekly output targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

High School Diploma, ITI, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Willingness to work in shifts and factory environments. Physical requirements include ability to stand for extended periods, capability to lift and move materials as required, good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
