Associate / Senior Associate — Founder's Office

Role Overview

Work as an extension of the Founder, leading strategic cross-brand initiatives, conducting in-depth business and financial analysis, tracking group-level KPIs, and managing critical communications and relationships to ensure key decisions and projects move forward across five brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own high-priority cross-brand initiatives end to end, including new vertical launches, market entry studies, partnership evaluations, and acquisition screening.
• Conduct in-depth analysis for major decisions, encompassing market research, business cases, financial models, and competitive teardowns.
• Prepare and manage strategic communications such as board decks, investor updates, internal strategy documents, and external communications for the Founder.
• Track and maintain Group-level KPIs and management dashboards across all five brands.
• Manage the leadership review cadence, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decision logs, and follow-through.
• Identify and unblock stalled initiatives across verticals, escalating only critical issues to the Founder.
• Prepare briefing notes and draft correspondence/proposals in the Founder's voice.
• Manage strategic relationships with investors, clients, partners, advisors, and media.
• Represent the Founder in internal meetings when appropriate.
• Undertake special mandates based on quarterly priorities, such as new geography setup, integration, rebrand, or hiring crises.

Requirements & Qualifications

1–4 years in consulting, investment banking, VC or PE, a high-growth startup, or a prior chief-of-staff or founder's office role. Exceptional freshers from top institutes will be considered.
