Marketing Intern

Role Overview

You build the marketing for a group that sells both hard financial expertise and pure creative work — which means learning to write for a private equity partner and a fashion brand in the same week.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and the Group websites, adjusting tone to each brand
• Write and edit copy — LinkedIn posts, blog articles, case studies, email campaigns, video scripts, ad copy
• Design or co-ordinate creative assets with the RoughCut Labs team; support on shoots, edits and production logistics
• Run and report on paid campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn, including budget tracking and performance analysis
• Support influencer and partnership outreach: identification, outreach, brief co-ordination, deliverable tracking
• Maintain the analytics dashboard — reach, engagement, traffic, lead quality — and bring an actual point of view about what the numbers mean
• Assist on client-facing campaigns for RoughCut Labs accounts, and on internal brand-building for the Group

Requirements & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, Business or a related field, or a portfolio strong enough that the degree does not matter; Genuinely good written English with a feel for tone; A portfolio, samples, or a personal account grown.
