Role Overview

Seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to architect and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives for customer acquisition, brand equity, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of data-driven market analysis and creative execution, with full ownership of end-to-end campaigns, cross-functional sales enablement, and localized retail marketing strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, budget, and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth goals.
• Direct continuous market research and competitive analysis to uncover consumer insights and industry trends.
• Design and launch high-impact go-to-market (GTM) blueprints for new product rollouts and promotional campaigns.
• Establish performance benchmarks and continuously optimize marketing spend based on ROI and attribution analysis.
• Elevate brand positioning and safeguard message consistency across all digital, print, and in-store channels.
• Analyze regional consumer buying patterns to design targeted multi-channel promotions.
• Collaborate with retail operations and regional teams to deploy synchronized in-store activations and localized campaigns.
• Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, SEO, paid social, programmatic media, and email lifecycle marketing.
• Own key performance metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and engagement.
• Leverage advanced analytics tools to synthesize raw data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Author and review high-stakes proposals, presentations, RFPs, and RFIs to support business development.
• Equip sales divisions with actionable market intelligence, target audience profiling, and competitive battlecards.

Requirements & Qualifications

MBA (Marketing), PGDM, or an equivalent advanced business degree.
