Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills who can effectively coordinate between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver multiple projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Define project goals, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, QA, Product, and Business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project meetings, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Track project performance using KPIs and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and consistent communication.
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
