Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4-5 years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring across volume and niche requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Drive volume hiring for roles across Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Manufacturing, Retail, and other business functions.
• Handle niche and critical hiring by identifying and engaging specialized talent through headhunting, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define recruitment strategies, and ensure timely closures.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fitment, and coordinate interview processes.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups to improve offer-to-join conversion.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Hiring SLA.
• Collaborate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor mapping, and talent availability.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to both volume and niche hiring.
