Document Parsing Utilities
Fawin handles direct resume files uploads. Document text is extracted dynamically in `extract-document-text.ts` using `mammoth` (for DOCX structures) and `pdfjs-dist` (for PDF line streams).
Vetting Score Calculations
The parsed text is scored in `resume-screening-service.ts`. It maps skills and years of experience, computing an `ats_score` (0-100) representing qualification alignment.
Cut-Off Gate Thresholds
Every campaign enforces an interview cut-off threshold gate (e.g. ats_score >= cutoff * 10). Candidates passing this criteria transition to vetted/cleared for call dispatch. Failures soft-reject immediately to not_cleared to prevent dialer waste.
