Direct Resume Analysis
Fawin sends resume files directly to Gemini. PDF resumes are uploaded as-is, while DOC and DOCX resumes are temporarily rendered to PDF before analysis; identity, canonical resume text, and V2 evidence return in one structured response.
Vetting Score Calculations
The parsed text is scored in `resume-screening-service.ts`. It maps skills and years of experience, computing an `ats_score` (0-100) representing qualification alignment.
Cut-Off Gate Thresholds
Every campaign enforces an interview cut-off threshold gate (e.g. ats_score >= cutoff * 10). Candidates passing this criteria transition to vetted/cleared for call dispatch. Failures soft-reject immediately to not_cleared to prevent dialer waste.
